I believe the Biden administration and the entire country will spend the next several years sifting through and trying to repair all the collateral damage left by the previous administration.

@ShadyCool I'm guessing this "controversy", along with "voter fraud" and other faux problems would not be issues had Trump won in November. Plus, republicans don't really want to fix the illegal immigrant issue. Large corporations (most of which are controlled by republican leaning owners) love the cheap labor that fattens their profit margins. So, no, why fix something that would be to their detriment? The border will never be fully secured.

@ShadyCool What you're suggesting is not feasible. We are not the babysitter of the world even though we have tried and failed in the past. As long as economic disparities exist between the U.S and Mexico, you will see immigrants sneaking across the border looking for a better life. Don't blame them either. The real root of the problem is these companies that are breaking the laws by hiring them. As long as they place more emphasis on the profit motive and their shareholders, rather than the law, then Guess What? Nothing will change. You're acting as if this problem just snuck up on us all. We've had this issue for decades and decades. Why do you expect things to change now? This is a non-issue really.
