  2. I don't really see the connection between overtime and getting ambushed. Are they saying Deputy Clinkunbroomer might have been more aware of his surroundings and perhaps avoided getting shot? EIther way, I wish the family the best.

  4.  @smfarrie2943  It's unfortunate that the family is trying to sue. But If I was in their shoes, I would probably try to blame someone or something for this senseless act of a madman. They are no doubt still reeling from what occurred, and probably got talked into it.

  5.  @eddiewashington9035 It has zero to do with what happened. When someone gets the drop on you, that's it. This is unfortunate but the family is still grieving no doubt, and are desperate to blame someone for the actions of a madman. I would be too.
