@Hassiesue Then you agree with me that the trial was a farce and a complete waste of time and money. The jurors in this case felt the same way you do, no doubt. The verdict might have been the popular one, but don't think for one second Chauvin received a fair trial. And I'll bet you were doing somersaults celebrating the O.J Simpson not guilty verdict despite his obvious guilt. Hypocrite. It's all about race and that's thw real tragedy.

It's hard to pinpoint when the republican party became so radicalized. I'm guessing it started with Ronald Reagan, accelerated under W, and went into overdrive under Trump.
2
Powell, along with the conga line of Bush, Cheney, Rice, and Rumsfeld are all war criminals who are responsible for the deaths of untold hundreds of thousands of innocent people due to their irresponsible, flawed military intelligence. His assumptions of WMD in Iraq will go down as one of the greatest military blunders in American history. He should just fade away into obscurity.

These women reject attention now, but will be craving it in about 10 years or so when they're older. That's the way it goes.
2
I agree 100%. He will lie, cheat and steal to win. I want to see the medical report.
2
@sheilaboston7051 I would ignore her. She has already drank the kool-aid.
2
The Trump administration legacy? Disease, death, and chaos. Pence appears to be just as ignorant, if not more, than his boss.
2
Just another naive babe in the woods. Sorry but not sorry for your choice. Try adopting.

The phrase, "Get out of my country" perfectly captures the essence of Trump's campaign and the real animus and ignorance of his supporters. Well, I have news for them: You are now the minority in this country, and the Ozzie and Harriet America you envision from the 1950's or the Reagan era are gone forever. So deal with it, because the fabric of this country has changed and will continue to change. Either embrace it or suffer the consequences.

Trump enjoys muddying the waters and speaking in generalities. The currency devaluations have nothing to do with jobs being exported to Mexico or China--that's been happening for decades. It's simply a company's attempt to avoid paying a livable minimum wage and circumventing our labor laws. This guy is a complete jackass. But fortunately, his number are trending downwards, and it's my suspicion that he will be nothing but a bad memory before the end of the year.

@drugmoney4996 Biden's election and Presidency are a fait accompli and this is just a distraction. You can ask for investigations, recounts, etc. But they will lack all credibility. We live in a world of probabilities and likelihoods. So stop acting like a child asking "what if" questions or scenarios. Nobody with any sense cares nor do they have the time. They have already done their due diligence. Next.

What an amazingly ignorant, stubborn old lady.
1
@justapeacefulprotester4598 You must be some hayseed from the south.
1
Such a vile, disgusting woman.
1
Dr. Carson is the living embodiment of the Peter Principle. Just a huge disappointment since taking up politics.
1
Mike Pence played the perfect Sancho Panza to Donald Trump's Don Quixote, He knew his master was crazy, yet went along with all his half-baked actions and decisions. In many ways, Pence is a more awful human being than Don.
1
Why is this country's future being dictated by a worm from Kentucky???
1
Let's see, who should I believe??? A self-made executive who rose to become head of one of the largest energy companies in the world; or a simpleton, crook, and a charlatan who conned his way to the top?
1
@joyceshefland5272 You're right. Funny thing about republicans: They want the best schools for their kids; the safest roads and highways; and the cleanest air to breathe. They just don't want to pay for any of this...
1
Mitt is a difficult guy to figure out. He heroically stood his ground and voted for the impeachment of our POTUS, then turned around and decided to rubberstamp the nomination of conservative judge Amy Coney Barrett in a cowardly move. Can this guy be counted on for anything?
1
My guess is nothing will change as far as racial animus and social reform. I clearly recall the whole Rodney King incident and the ensuing riots and civil unrest a generation ago, and how all the politicians, police unions/departments, social activists, developers, etc. promised to make reforms, re-train, and be more inclusive etc. What has changed in the quarter century since? Nothing. This experiment has thus far failed.
1
I think we're going to start seeing Trump associates scramble like roaches when the lights are turned on.
1
If it wasn't for Biden and his son Hunter, who apparently cant't get a job without his daddy's help, there would have never been the impeachment farce we all went through with the POTUS. Don't trust Sleepy Joe.
1
It's awful to judge someone based on their skin color. But I think these folks are being a bit intellectually dishonest in failing to understand why the police acted the way they did. It was a mistake. Nobody was injured. Move on.
1
Deutsche Bank was dumb enough to do business with this carpetbagger on multiple occasions even AFTER he had defaulted on previous debts with the bank. Clearly the bank does not hire MENSA members.
1
Republicans love driving their cars on new roads and highways; love sending their kids to the best schools; love having the strongest military; and love breathing clean air. They just don't want to pay for any of this.
1
We're watching the republican party cannibalize itself. I see Trump going after Ron DeSantis next year as they battle for the heart of this defunct party.
1
The democrats must be positively dewy-eyed over all this infighting taking place within the republican party.
1
We are divided as a country. But this did not start with Trump. It's been simmering beneath the surface for some time. History will probably point to the beginning of the Bush/Cheney administration, or perhaps the signing of NAFTA by the Clinton administration, as ground zero for the current political and social zeitgeist that defines our country.
1
Trump's supporters have been dwindling in numbers...just several extreme truck driving hayseeds with their gun racks and flags. Nothing really to worry about.
1
Is there a more vile group of people on this Earth than the Trump clan?
1
Everyone is California is ashamed of Darrell Issa.
1
"Cancun" Ted.
1
Stephen Miller is a psychopath.
1
@superscaryrussianbot846 You must be a Trump supporter. Sucks.
1
@superscaryrussianbot846 Please don't vote for DeSantis. He's basically a poor man's Donald Trump. Look at the unfettered disaster that Florida's become under his stewardship. I don't think the country could stand four years of that idiot. I'd rather you vote for someone less controversial like Governor Cuomo or Anthony Weiner.
1
Thank you to those 10 brave republicans who did the right thing for the country. History will show them as being true patriots.
1
Why even bother asking this guy a question? Do we expect him to tell the truth all of a sudden? Eight more days and we never have to hear from this buffoon again.
1
Fauci is a man of science and integrity...both threats to Donald Trump and his supporters.
1
I disagree with identity politics and it is below the office of the president to be cutting side deals in order to win office. What other promises did Joe Biden make to get elected two years ago???
1
Of course, Mitt Romney's opposition to Trump didn't stop him from begging Trump for a cabinet position shortly after he won in 2016.
1
Like most unethical people, he's not sorry for his actions. He's sorry he got caught. What a scumbag.
1
This campaign will be incredibly nasty heading into November. Poor Joe Biden was, essentially, bullied into picking Harris because of her skin color. It's sad that our politicians are chosen nowadays NOT based on their qualifications or experience, but rather on their ability to help the ticket and curry favor to certain ethnic groups. Regardless, I would vote for a Biden-Anthony Weiner ticket at this point. Anything but another four years of Trump-Pence.
1
@AutumnHarvest1 So has Elizabeth Warren and several other non-black candidates. If Harris wasn't black, she would have never been selected. But it is what it is. We no longer elect candidates based on qualifications, but rather something else. Trump is a prime example. The guy's an idiot but he somehow managed to convince other idiots to vote for him. Like I said, I will vote for Biden-Harris RELUCTANTLY, because Trump is unacceptable.
1
@nickbaker6152 That was never definitively established.
1
Typical republicans pointing their fingers at Obama blaming him for everything that goes wrong. When will they take personal responsibility for the mess we're in?
1
Powell, along with Donald Rumsfeld, Condoleezza Rice, Dick Cheney, and that monster George Bush all did their part to usher in the divisive politics we see today. Their flawed intelligence in the middle east cost untold innocent lives.
1
More pasty old white men adhering to 1940's and 1950's America wearing their MAGA hats while the world changes before their eyes. The current republican party is no longer relevant.
1
We're about to see how big of a fraud Trump really is. Stay tuned.
1
Barr played the role of Sancho to Trump's Don Quixote. He knew the POTUS was unfit yet still encouraged him. It's a close race between Barr and Alberto Gonzalez to see who was the worst attorney general in this century.
