  1. The pandemic was just the coup de grace for mall properties. Online shopping has essentially rendered malls and other brick and mortar retailers obsolete. I can see malls being re-purposed for other, more pressing needs such as low-income housing or other development that serves the local community rather than a hot-dog-on-a-stick or Cinnabon.

  2. This is a great opportunity for the younger generation to start learning about robotics; and for high schools and technical schools to offer certification/degree programs in robotics repair, perhaps. This technology will not go away, and at some point will need to be repaired.
