  1. There is no reason to allow visitors to drive into or through High Park on the weekend. The park is accessible by two subway stations, two streetcar lines, numerous bus routes, and multiple designated cycling routes. The benefits of a car-free park are enormous, including it is quieter and safer for everyone.
