  2. LOL Toronto city Council removed the parking mandate when John Tory was mayor. Olivia Chow was only sworn in last week.

  3.  @samg8012  You are significantly overestimating how many people rely on cars in Toronto. As of 2016, 28% of Toronto Households do NOT own a car and in some wards that is as high as 55%. That data comes from the 2016 Transportation Tomorrow Survey, just Google "Toronto car ownership."
