I'm seeing my sister and nephew go through that almost exact same thing. He is a college graduate and homeowner but he is losing everything. He has done everything is on soboxone but drinks and does meth which is causing psychosis. So they babysit him for days until he's ok then he does it again and again! He refuses rehab or counseling and they're at the end of helping so they say. I feel for you and I do understand your frustration and wanting to "give it to god" which is absolutely your choice and I agree although I may say "give it to the universe". Please don't take it all on and whatever happens you did your best.
