As a kid in California we used to find the black widows and I was the only girl with my older boy cousins and they would dare me to let one climb on my hand then laugh when I said no (of course they never let them do it either). Well once they dared me and I just put my hand down and she climbed on it then climbed off and they never bothered me again! Of course now as an adult I kick my younger selfs butt for that! Thanks for sharing your adventures, we're all learning so much.
