  2. Well if they weren't involved in the murder! I am not a fan of the way the sometimes charge everyone with no proof they were all involved. What if you happen to get a ride with someone who a has drugs or robs A store and you had no idea?! You may think you'd never hang with anyone who would do that but how well do we really know anyone? Also if law enforcement and society wants people to talk and help them solve horrible crimes we need to stop unilaterally charge everyone without knowing!
