  2. It's the same with these dangerous stalkers and other predators that they keep letting out Yet they keep Yet they keep nonviolent users behind bars immediately!! I knew a guy who had drug paraphernalia, no actual drugs and his bond was $80,000 he had no violent offenses and there was a guy in that had been arrested for molesting his kids (all under the age of 9) for the second time a d his bond was $30,000!!
