  1. You can't always blame owners. Some are old people who are.disabled with no help. Their Animal is their only friend and if the animal is taken they will be euthanized. Yes some are at fault but not all.

  2. How can you say you're a veterinary professional?! As one myself I have seen this and have understood how it happens, not that it's ok but I've seen a lot worse.
