  2. If your kid is this bad and continually runs away then let them go. I know it sounds crazy but if theyre physically attacking you then nope! Inform law enforcement and that's it. Or tell them if they gets job they can rent a room from you and leave them be. If they make mistakes then they need consequences that they need to deal with. I don't understand this need to corral them at that age. They want to be independent then fine, pay your way and be an independent person.
