  1. So there's a record up to about 12,000 years ago and the belief is there was a pole shift or other huge natural disaster and a lot of our ancient knowledge was lost. I am not at all giving it justice, I suggest looking it up it's quite interesting.

  2. There are many ancient peaceful cultures that are unknown or barely known. Some most likely had advanced technology, maybe an Einstein or da Vinci and were conquered by more savage power hungry rulers and absorbed into the conquering one stealing their tech. So a lot of peoples started isolating themselves which I don't blame them but when any one culture gets too isolated they become stagnant and stupid which so many did. Now travelers would go peacefully and learn incredible "magic" things from widely different looking, sounding and behaving people, bring those stories back (albeit a bit embellished for flair and to make a living telling) creating what we have today. I'm not discounting the existence of advanced beings but probably not to the extent many believe today. Take giants for instance, they found dinosaur bones and one which is a pelvic bone has one large hole in the center and its size to them said it had to be a skull so it became a giant Cyclops! Predominantly found in one place so therefore to them it was a village of these Cyclops. See? Critical thinking is as important as an open mind.

  3. I find it fascinating that people can believe what's in the Bible and even kill and die for it yet any other "out there" things that come up are laughed at or disbelieved! So many of these structures are mind blowing and there here no stories in a book yet no research? And there are many many such places!
