  2. It will take one more piece of evidence and a prosecutor with a pair. Unfortunately law enforcement there sounds very bad. Of course that guy did it! Who else would it be? I remember reading it's either a close person or random but if it's random there will always be other similar crimes on others in the same timeframe. That makes a lot of sense. So sad and I hope the doggo has a good home and of course the family is healing somehow.
