Actually they've found murder rates used to be solved a very high rate before the 1,960s because people talked to the police but when they started this drug war in full force that went way down because the police became the enemy of the common man. The drug war has killed many more than it has saved.

They say if you do the same thing over and over and expect different results then it's insane, well law enforcement keeps doing the same thing over and over expecting different results with keeping so.e drugs criminal. If I was an extraterrestrial looking at our society I would be VERY confused. People can drink, smoke tobacco, eat sugar until they're morbidly obese but cannot do other mind altering substances? And violent people hurting others are punished less than nonviolent people who have hurt no one. If an adult wants to jump out of an airplane with a parachute that's accepted even though there's a risk but if they do drugs and die it's a controversy? Absolutely insane!
