  1. Well since private prisons aren't a sure bet, they're gonna figure out how to make money somehow! Our entire Justice system (including law enforcement) needs an absolute overhaul!! There's so many things wrong it would take an hour to list! If we legalized all plants crime would drop considerably, most people are drug users not abusers. Look at alcohol, most drinkers are social drinkers and cause no problems and it's the same with drugs. Addicts are not going to take over if we legalize plants! How did we allow ourselves to get to this?
