  1. In this case yes but there are plenty of master manipulators (Moms and Dads) who fraudulently got custody by lying, affording a good attorney. I agree in this case but not every one.

  2. Not necessarily, both bad Moms and bad Dads have gotten custody because they had a better attorney and/or the Mom/Dad are master manipulator!

  3. My ex was/is a lying manipulative jerk who has a lot of charm and charisma who didn't give a fart about our kids and had his parents get a good attorney and lied to the court and got custody! It took another 2 years and his lies being exposed for the judge to finally realize it and gave me back full custody so it doesn't always say anything. But she is a monster and even during all my crap I never wanted my ex hurt let alone murdered!!! That is some sick shit!

  5. Exactly!! Truth has a way. My charming ex-husband lied to the female judge and got custody then his lies where exposed and I got custody back and had my kids until they went off as adults (they're doing amazing). I didn't have my kids for almost 2 years and it was horrible, especially knowing it was lies but the truth came out and it ended up working out. The kids are good, no one was murdered or in prison! I am amazed at the amount of people who can actually decide to murder!? It's horrific.

  6. I don't know enough to say yes or no here. I mean yes the mother in law is totally coercing her son to get what she wants but then again she had him fricken murdered! Wtf? It seems he married his mother and both those women are not ok.
