  4. I hate this! I don't know this kid but I wish I could tell him that he needs to start thinking about his life and forget about high school, get his GED and grow up. He is a little aloof but he's not being a straight up a-hole and seems definitely lost. What teenager isn't kinda a shit sometimes? But he takes a gun? That's not ok and may have been serious or he's looking for attention? I hope he gets himself together for his sake, his family and ours.

  8. It is up to the state and most states do not require a parent or guardian over the age of 12, some states are 9 and very few are 14 and over. People need to teach their kids to ask for an attorney! Crazy.

Holy vomit! As horrible as his actions were I do believe him. It almost makes it worse because he is probably a decent guy without the alcohol in him.   24. Personally i think this officer is lucky this guy wants to talk because he tries to initiate a rapport but falls short giving no incentive whatsoever for him to talk if he didn't want to. He's young though so hopefully he will watch more videos on successful interviews on difficult subjects and learns better techniques.
