I think he is absolutely telling the truth, if he did do it I do believe it was an accident. As for the "forensic science" I'd have to see it for myself. If it's his word against hers and I'm on the jury I wouldn't convict him. Alcohol is not good in this situation. I do hope they take his detox seriously if he has to stay in jail because it will kill him without meds.
