Waahh wah boohoo poor me! Sounds like an entitled asshat. Plus he doesn't even take his little sister in to consideration, it's all about him. And he doesn't give a shit about 'change'! He was upset and the way he was treated and wanted revenge and to get out on medical. Probably gets a bonus if it was in the line of duty, that's why he arranged it at work. I'm glad they caught him.
