  1. He wanted a lawyer brought immediately but unless you're rich and have one on retainer you go to jail and in days or weeks get your court appointed lawyer. He decided to he wanted to talk now after they told him they already had enough to arrest him.

  2. No they said he can't have a lawyer immediately, they already have enough to arrest if he doesn't want to talk but then he agreed to talk.
