  1. Personally i think this officer is lucky this guy wants to talk because he tries to initiate a rapport but falls short giving no incentive whatsoever for him to talk if he didn't want to. He's young though so hopefully he will watch more videos on successful interviews on difficult subjects and learns better techniques.
