  1. Sadly society or some parents don't teach kids how to live a self fulfilling productive life which is why I think a lot of kids turn to drugs. My beliefs aren't popular but I think drugs should be legal but rehab should be free and well run! Get rid of the bad drugs, the crime associated with drugs etc. It will take time to succeed but after a generation or two things would be better. But until we deal with the disappearing middle class and poverty and provide birth control in high schools and more we must stay content with these fixable social problems. Like I said my opinions.
