  1. They're shooting themselves in the foot by pandering to the shareholders they will lose the entire business. I stopped going to Starbucks when this whole thing started!

  2. No not even close. The US has MANY laws like "right to work" and no reason need be given in firing people, also no overtime has to be paid plus we do not have a NHS and most people have no health insurance and if they break a leg they'll be fired. Trust me America is worse.
