  1. uschi lou you have to remember that life is always changing, no matter what your choices are/were the consequences of those choices will bring change. What you do with whatever is thrown at you is how you determine your happiness. What I'm trying to say is, instead of deciding to shoot up heroin, maybe you learned to play the tuba, but while walking to tuba practice you were hit by a bus and paralysed. Now you are either going to make your life what you want it to be, whether you're a paralysed tuba player or an ex heroin addict, or ballerina. So being "well" is a state of mind, or attitude, that is completely and totally under your control no matter what the circumstances.  <3
