  1. There were just so many things about this case that were weird. Notebook paper, pen, knife all from the house plus exact amount of John's bonus for ransom etc. Also if my child was missing (note or not) I would search the entire house and yard immediately!? Plus the whole creepy beauty pageant crap. That poor baby girl. I just hope no other innocent child was hurt by whomever did this since the cops bungled it.

  2. Wtf is she even saying??!! This is the rambling of a guilty mind. She talks forever about nothing and thinks she can redirect and talk her way out of this. Maybe that is what finally killed him, this supposed fire. I do place small blame on her daughter and Gannon's father. They had to know she was bad to him, especially her daughter. Her daughter will have to live with her actions and unless she's like her mother it will haunt her as she gets older. Kids need better protection when they tell someone, this poor boy probably felt trapped, so sad.

  3. My 88 year old mother says this was normal. Families had picnics at they loved ones grave sites a lot. It was meant as a way to spend time paying their respects in a positive way, remembering good times. People used to picnic a lot together as I grew up doing as well. For Chad to see it "wrong" or "creepy" really shows me the kind of person he is, especially knowing HIS wrong and creepy religious practices- like murder!!

  5. And this is where/why the Brothers Grimm 'evil stepmother' comes from. And not just stepmotners but stepfathers. I dated and ended up living with a guy who I was going to marry until I happened to see the way he treated my son when he didn't know I saw it! I asked my son why he didn't say he was treating him so bad and he said he didn't want me to get mad!! Omg! I left him 2 weeks later and stopped dating altogether. Kids come first.

I think they took this particular case for the press and I've found out they're not affiliated with The Innocence Project which makes a lot more sense, I thought there's no way they'd take him for a client. He just gets creepier with age.

  8. Ok everyone get over the fact he has an attorney! We in America are innocent until proven guilty, like it or not we are all given the right to a defense and a public defender doesn't pick their clients!

  10. No one cares if someone like him is teased! I do always say innocent until proven guilty but it's really tough when it's a case involving kids! Those poor sweet truly innocent kids deserve to rest in peace knowing no other kids will be hurt by that monster.

  13. So who the hell is going to kill her AND dump her body in the water and he just happened to be on that water fishing that day? In the video of him talking with Diane Sawyer he says "we don't know if there's been a murder", this is before the body was found so he was hoping the body would not be found. No rapist is going to kill her and dump the body in water they're just going to leave it where they killed her. He's guilty.
