  4. 99% are people of interest meaning they've been tipped off. Drug smugglers will even have several different people smuggling and will tip off the cops on one to let others go through.

  6. That is the best thing I've heard in a long time! Promise Keepers are uber right wing Christians who vow to keep their promise to their wives, their god etc! I don't know why I even bother to think any of them are any good anymore.

  7. What universe do you live in? That is NOT the problem. In the 1990s Clinton (and Bush Sr before him) gave 100 year sentences for crack cocaine dealers AND users and it did NOTHING to stop drugs, it got much worse. Humans and other animals have used psychoactive substances since we crawled out of the ooze!
