Canada? Lived in LA, and Chicago now there were some mean streets. Also lived in Seattle, and other cities and as long as you weren't an idiot you could go pretty much anywhere. Of course this was 30 years ago so things may have changed. NY is the only city in America I haven't lived. I've been to all the Provinces in Canada but only to visit, never ever felt like they were scary. Love the Canadians. In other countries and in Canada (Vancouver) they give these people their drugs by prescription, totally legal and they get their lives together. Not only do most stop prostitution the dealers go away as does a lot of other crimes like petty theft. If an adult wants to consume drugs other than the legal (but much more destructive alcohol) let them! If we decriminalized all plants crime would drop 80%!! I will never understand how they can make plants illegal!!
