  5. America has always supported the Bozo... From Charlie Chan to the Three Stooges to Kevin Hart.. Americans have grown up accepting stupid behavior, so they don't study or practice anything anymore.. Just give them a smartphone or iPad and they disappear from reality.

  6. This is truly sad and deliberate too. The IQ for a moron is 90... I've met law enforcement officials in Mississippi, Alabama and Florida that were not that smart either.
