  2. Every large city in America has a - Tent City. There are illicit drugs there as well. This is all by design. The Federal GOvernment gives out billions every year to these cities - all managed by POLITICIANS. The state of California is "MISSING" 24 billion dollars. Money that was intended for the homeless and those in dire needs.
