  4. ​@AndriyValdensius-wi8gw first the world had to deal with the Bush insanity. Then there were 2 terms of normalcy, followed by the insanity of trump 1.0 Then back to normalcy with Biden. Now we get another dumpster fire regime that's even worse than it's first iteration. So if the rest of the world has any sense, they ought to assume that America is no longer a dependable ally.
