Which countries don't have tax?

@edenassos - except that in most of those countries the chances of making such a windfall is minuscule. The US has a robust entrepreneurial environment, a strong consumer base, & access to capital markets & venture capital. That is why companies like Google, Facebook, etc. became behemoths & can afford to pay top dollar for acquisitions. Those factors don't exist in most of the countries with no capital gains tax. So in balance, I'd rather settle for half of a large pie than all of a little pie.
