Keep drinking the Kremlin kool-aid

I don't think he's an economist

@alexbayer2365 there's a lot of truth to his post. Konstantin is typical of a large segment of the Russian population: willing to keep their heads down, not rock the boat or make waves, & go about their daily lives while the mafioso government ran roughshod over them. They acquiesced to the annexation of Crimea; the covert, undeclared war in Donbas; the invasion of Ukraine; the subsequent war crimes, brutality, & barbarism -- & the bridge too far was being personally mobilized & sent to the meat grinder. Only when their personal well-being was threatened did some of them take action. Even then, the best they could muster was to flee to a safe haven where they could continue to go about their daily lives. I will change my opinion when I hear of organized groups of resistance becoming active, or when significant forces of a Russian Freedom legion start making themselves visible & heard. Btw, reporting him for "discrimination" for voicing his opinion is being a snowflake. Be better.

To take it further: in many former British colonies like Kenya, Zimbabwe, small populations of British still exist. They have been there for multiple generations. After independence, they remained in those countries & chose to take the passports of the newly independent countries (most chose not to & returned to Britain). But the ones that remained now identify as citizens of the independent countries & not as British, but "of British origin" ie "Kenyan citizen of British origin" So it would be ludicrous if Britain suddenly invaded to "protect ethnic British".

Steaming pile of kremlin horse manure 👏

@alexbayer2365 calling out their barbarism isn't "russophobia" -- unless you're virtue signaling. A modern army doesn't behave the way the Russian army does unless there is something very wrong deep in their culture. Their actions in ww2 were a glimpse into that barbarism. The mass rapes in Berlin is 1 example. German soldiers fled to the West or fought to the death rather than capitulate to Russia the Soviets. And the barbarity in the ongoing conflict -- from Mariupol to Bucha -- has shown us not much has changed in 80 years.

I don't understand how Trump's corruption gets a pass.
1
Putin did the same in eastern Ukraine since 2014.

How many have you seen & when were you there, & for how long? You do realize it's a huge country, right? I lived 25 years in the Deep South of the US -- an area notorious for KKK activity. I never once came into contact with a KKK member.

That guy has the eyes of a mass murderer. And the rhetoric to match. Patriotic South Africans would do their country a huge service by giving that psycho a dirt nap.

You have any prescriptions for how to end this mess? What happens about the invasion of Ukraine? How does Russia regain control of its hijacked government & eliminate the mafia/oligarchy controlling it?
1
@oddvardmyrnes9040 you're formulation of that last question is laughable. You're implying the invasion of Ukraine was legitimate, right?

I occasionally watch the 10 minute monologs but at 2x speed.

There are neo nazis in the US, Canada, UK, & probably every country in Europe. There are also neo-Nazis in ... wait for it ... Russia. Some simple questions: 1) why is ruzzia's premier mercenary group named after Hitler's favorite composer? 2) why is putin posing with Dmitriy Utkin, a fervent neo-Nazi? Image search on Google. Look for the neo nazi tattoos on Utkin's collar bones on accompanying images. 3) why was neo-nazi Alexander Barkashov & the RNU working with the FSB in 2014 to destabilize Eastern Ukraine? 4) why are Russian Imperial Movement & Rusich involved in the fighting in Ukraine?

@itsallminor6133 dictatorships can last longer. Doesn't mean it's a good thing.

Sounds like something a douche would say.

I have really mixed feelings about him. So I'm curious about your post. Can you elaborate?
1
@pelimies1818 ok, I understand. I actually agree with most of that & I noticed too. That's why I stopped following his channel months ago.

There were no Russians in Ukraine. There were only Ukrainians who spoke Russian. What ethnic cleansing, when & how did it occur, what were the numbers involved?
1
"Konstantinos"?
1
@alexbayer2365 "American soldiers do it"? You're kidding right? I'm not talking about isolated incidents -- I'm talking about a general culture of barbarity. You actually have the gall to defend this? 🤦♂️
1
@alexbayer2365 my error on using "Russians" instead of "Soviets". But the rest of the post is correct factually.
1
@alexbayer2365 "USSR wasn't a bad guy in WW2" ... another face-palm. Either you're a Russian revisionist, a Kremlin sympathizer, or completely brainwashed. Ever heard of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact to carve up Poland? How do you think WW2 started? The only reason the USSR joined the Allies was because Hitler stabbed Stalin in the back.
1
@alexbayer2365 I said I made an error & yet you belabor the point I edited the post. Go back & re-read it. And stop simping for invaders.
1
@alexbayer2365 those are isolated incidents. That's not how the US army operates. And yes you are defending them with your whataboutism. The more you post, the more you seem like a Kremlin shill.
1
@alexbayer2365 YOU can read about the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. You can also read about the Soviet annexation of eastern Poland, the Baltic States, & part of Finland. Don't forget to read about the Katyn Massacre. And about the Gulags where even Soviet soldiers returning from captivity after the war were sent, because they were supposedly "contaminated" by the west. And don't forget about the Holodomor before WW2 even started. Yes, such good guys ...
