  3. Because they got them from the Afghan army -- which was outfitted by us. I wonder why Trump never considered that when he got the Taliban leader released from a Pakistani jail, negotiated with them without including the Afghan government, & forced the Afghan government to release 5000 taliban prisoners. Who'd a thunk the Taliban would be running the show, huh? 🤦‍♂️

  5. @Nikhil ashraf ghani's hands were tied. Trump left the Afghan government out of negotiations & even forced them to release 5000 prisoners. He made a deal with the taliban not to attacks US servicemen as they were withdrawn -- something he has boasted about. In return, he caved to them & sold out the Afghan government & the people of Afghanistan. That pretty much guaranteed the Taliban would take over. So the army had little incentive to fight.
