  2. I applaud your intentions. The way out for her is for someone to act as a mentor/ surrogate parent for a couple of years until she gets on her feet. She needs counseling, emotional support, & guidance. On her own she will remain addicted to drugs & by default stuck in her lifestyle. With someone steering her, she can get rehab, a job, & a place to live -- preferably in another town. But this will require 1) her willingness & commitment to take this path, & 2) someone willing to mentor her -- these remain the biggest hurdles. Money & donations by themselves will not accomplish much.
