If governments have been caught flat footed, it's a stretch to expect the average person to have foreseen the severity & speed of the contagion. And as far as traveling now, all passengers on planes are not tested. And given I've been in self-imposed isolation for the past 10 days, I'm at more risk of catching it rather than spreading it on a flight.

  28. India is seeing a surge in infections -- coinciding with the monsoon season. Kenya is in its cold season & their cases have quadrupled in the last 3 weeks. Seems like this virus will just migrate back & forth as seasons change. Not good news for the coming winter in northern climates.
