  11.  @KatheeRN  - if you're attempting to defend him, you're wasting your time. He had intelligence briefings, warning of a pandemic, from his own agencies in early January. That is in the public record. He simply chose to soft pedal it for fear of upsetting his reelection chances. With the intelligence assets of the CIA & NSA it's likely they knew in early December. Impossible for them not to know what was going on when China shut down an entire city.
