  3. Nice regurgitation of Kremlin propaganda. Germany & France vetoed Ukrainian membership to NATO in 2008. Then in 2014 Russia annexed Crimea. This, plus the separatist war in the Donbas, made it impossible for them to join, since NATO specifically precludes any country with border disputes or internal conflicts from joining. Try again.
