  2. I had a really bad experience as a new ABNB user on a trip to Mexico. They locked me out of my account & there was no person to talk to to resolve the problem. Had to be done thru email. I ended up using hotels instead & it took weeks to get the problem fixed. This was 4 years ago. Haven't used them since.
