  1. I don't buy the claim that they can't get chips. The whole sanctions regime is so full of holes, anyone with deep pockets can get whatever they want. How long have North Korea & Iran been under the most draconian sanctions? How did North Korea build nuclear weapons & ballistic missiles, & Iran build drones despite this? The west is deluding themselves with this narrative. The only way to have a real effect on Russia's missile production at this stage is to intentionally seed the black market pipeline with components that have been rigged to fail.
