  1. You are correct. But I believe the Ukrainians will have to make some tactical withdrawals & retreats in order to preserve their forces. These will involve giving up territory, but the forces can be deployed in other regions to route out the Russians. So in effect, the frontlines should become fluid with territory being lost & gained. By doing so, they can play for time & slowly grind down Putin's forces. At least this is what I am hoping will happen.
