  2. Those posts are absolute nonsense. There is no way chips from domestic appliances are being used in military equipment. First of all, we are only 6 months into this war. So it's inconceivable that the Russians would have already run out of spare parts & components. Second, they could covertly get electronic parts from China thru a black market route. Third, there is very little overlap in the type of electronic components used in consumer appliances & military equipment. Also, mil-spec components are built to different tolerances, to withstand far greater variances in temperature.

If you choose to believe half-baked nonsense from reddit or telegram, that's entirely your choice. BTW, that story of rubber in ERA tiles was also debunked.
