@logros13 terrible analogy. The US did NOT arm the Taliban. They did not exist back then. They armed Afghan freedom fighters called the Mujahideen. What that Russian clown is proposing is actually arming terrorists. Apples & oranges.

The problem with those interviews is you can never tell if the interviewee is telling you what you want to hear in order to gain their freedom. A clear example is the one with the guy with facial lacerations. He was simply mouthing the responses to the questions, just telling them what they wanted to hear. It was so obvious, that Zolkin got frustrated & cut the interview short. Benjamin from Bald & Bankrupt did the same when he was interrogated by the Russians. Of course you will get an occasional interview where you can tell the guy is genuinely remorseful & sees that the invasion is wrong. But when he gets home, he has to fall back in line.
