  1. This guy has become a grifter. I thought he was a "realtor", but if you look at his video titles, it's nothing but "the sky is falling" propaganda. Evidently, you can make more money off clicks with "the end is nigh" fearmongering than actually selling houses.

  3. Doomerism sells. He's a 1 trick pony with the Chicken Little schtick, "the sky is falling". This is nothing more that economic cycles. Look at a chart of the economy over 10 & 20 year periods. There are peaks followed by valleys. Followed by more peaks.
