  7. It's easier than that. All they need are peacekeepers to enter the uncontested areas in the western part & remain visible. The question is who will step up to the plate? NATO will not. So it will have to be a coalition of 2 or 3 countries. Which countries have the stones to do this is up for debate. Poland & the Baltic states could be possibilities.
