  1.  @lmelfam4090  the hole in that theory is that oligarchs had no power to surrender the country. The rest of the theory seems accurate though -- putin planned to decapitate the leadership & install a puppet regime. One of those oligarchs would probably be the puppet leader. The special forces that landed at Hostomel lends credibility to this theory.
