Sow doubts in veracity of reported facts by calling them fake, biased, inaccurate, untrue, or fabricated 4. Create alternative scenarios & explanations not related to the truth but somewhat plausible 5. Distort facts, create new information that is based on kernels of truth but exaggerated & filled with falsity 6. Default to whataboutism to justify & normalize actions that cannot be easily dismissed 7. Information overload: bombard with mountains of conflicting information to overwhelm consumers of information 8. Create fatigue & eventual apathy so people eventually just tune out.
