  1. It's legal when a bartender does it. But slinging it on the street without a liquor license or checking ID -- that's a whole other ballgame.

  2. There is no sustainable business model that I see here. These are pretty much mixed alcoholic drinks or spiked punch being sold without an alcohol license to the public -- without an ID check. The moment you make it legit, the customer base evaporates.

  3.  @jmb9701  - and to some extent, alcohol beverage companies already have similar drinks, albeit not necessarily juice based: Mike's Hard Lemonade, Smirnoff Ice, wine coolers, etc. So it's pretty easy for them to expand into a juice-based alcohol drink, even without purchasing his brand.
