  1. I have not read it, but here's my take on Russian propaganda: Objectives of Russian Propaganda, disinformation, & brainwashing: 1. Create distrust in all media 2. Sow doubts in veracity of reported facts 3. Create alternative scenarios & explanations not related to the truth but somewhat plausible 4. Distort facts, create new information that is based on kernels of truth but exaggerated & filled with falsity 5. Information overload: bombard with mountains of conflicting information to overwhelm consumers of information 6. Create fatigue & eventual apathy so people eventually just tune out. The average Russian is at stage 6.
