  8. @alanbuzby613  like every dumb conspiracy theory, there is a kernel of truth coupled with a bunch of nonsensical assumptions. Gates' idea was to reduce the ferocity of hurricanes, NOT CREATE THEM. Secondly, this was only a theoretical concept & has never been proved or tested. But trying to talk sense to tinfoil hatters is pointless.
